In July 2007 he authored the ED article Aboriginal. In January of this year Google was persuaded to remove links to it from their Australian portal because of the racist content which may violate Australian law. In March, the Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) threatened legal action on the grounds the article violated the Racial Discrimination Act of 1975. Shortly thereafter, and 3 years after Tihanyi created it, Andrew Auernheimer deleted then recreated the article. The effect of that removed notice that Tihanyi was the original author.
