"ANONYMOUS" IS A CYBERBULLY NETWORK: EDRAMA LLC

Edrama is a Delaware limited liability corporation. Michigan requires a foreign LLC that transacts business in their state to register and obtain a certificate of authority. Last year, Sherrod DeGrippo documented her Kalamazoo MI home-based business on her Livejournal blog.

The corporation division of the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth have no records associated with Edrama, Encyclopedia Dramatica, lollershop or Donuttowne in their database. This is problematic for at least the following reasons. Edrama is not a corporation authorized to transact business in Michigan so DeGrippo may have personal liability. Consumers and government authorities can find no information on how to contact the registered agent of Encyclopedia Dramatica/Edrama LLC, or find out if it is in good standing, unless they also know it is a Delaware corporation.

Edrama LLC was set up to control Encyclopedia Dramatica (ED), Whatport80, ClickBangPop and other related businesses. It is registered in Delaware, incorporated on March 20 2007, with the file number 4304035. Their agent is:

blog.encyclopediadramatica.com is where announcements relating to ED are made. It was there that the fictional Joseph Evers responded to the Australian Human Rights Commission regarding the Aboriginal article.

decori.st is DeGrippo's vanity home decorating blog.

lollershop.com sells t shirts and ED forum account add ons. It is run out of a home owned by DeGrippo and Andrew Thornton in Kalamazoo MI.

shutdowned.org is a fake petition site. Ostensibly its purpose was to shut down ED. Its petition book is now filled with link spam.

prnm.org is "Parents for Responsible New Media". The mission statement from the website says they intend "on creating a safe, appropriate environment for children and families in all forms of new media. We are an international membership organization dedicated to creating a safer world of New Media for all. Members include leaders in industry, education, government and technology." There will be more about this later.
